After being laid off, I was having no luck filling out applications until I was contacted by Sterling Engineering... four days later from being contacted I was offered a position. They’ve came through for me in my time of need. “Senior technical recruiter” Aurelija worked fast to get me employed and would recommend her to anyone!

Sterling always had fun activities to keep us internal employees motivated. Management really cared about their internal as well as external employees. If a hard working contractor’s project came to an end, we would focus all our attention and efforts on getting them their next job. It was rewarding to see how so many contractors would come back to Sterling again and again because they appreciated our work and knew we really wanted to help them. Searching for a job can be stressful and we tried to make it a positive experience and really be their advocate with our clients. What makes Sterling stand out from the rest is the successful relationships it builds both with clients and its employees by encouraging and supporting them through the entire process. We would continue to reach out to candidates with new opportunities until we found that job that was the perfect fit for them.
