Great place to work. Great management and over all a good staff with a solid culture.

Once I go to manage my department there is no where else to go. No chance of upward mobility.

- Job I accepted through Sterling-Engineering was not what was described to me - Passed up much better offers to take this position. Ended up being an entry level position. Not the position I accepted. - Poor upper management - In my case, position's description & responsibilities were polished up and exaggerated to make it seem excessively more attractive than position actually was.
