      Pros

      There are a few people there - staff and management - who will try and make your life easier, help you succeed, and teach you what you need to know, and build personal relationships with you. On the surface, a tight knit, family sort of environment. You can make money there, but it's not as easy as management makes it sound. But, if you're doing well for a while, people seem to leave you alone and continue to let you work and succeed the way you see fit. The company has been around for a while, so there are some good business relationships in place.

      Cons

      There are other people there - in staff and management - who use fear tactics and over-stressing those around them to get things done. That might work for some; that will completely backfire on others. Those that get to make money are usually the ones that work so hard, their entire life revolves around this place, and they seem rather tired or numb. If that's your thing, go for it. You may get stuck with projects or teams or co-workers that you really don't like - too bad for you. Gossip runs rampant.
