Not great for proposal writers

Pros

Some of the people who worked there at the time were nice. I'm not sure if I can fill the 20 word requirement...

Cons

The CEO would rewrite everything we wrote (and we were a strong team of writers). His micromanagement consistently resulted in the proposal team working all night before proposals were due. The office is in a sketchy area. Promises were made in my interview that never came to fruition.
