Although the company has its perks, once you start advancing in your position, you become more aware of red flags and a toxic work culture. Some of the upper-level management seems stuck in the past and relies on outdated marketing strategies. They fail to listen to their knowledgeable employees and instead appropriate their ideas as their own. This company has great potential for success, but it suffers from an abundance of decision-makers who insist on doing things their own way. Moreover, there is a lack of transparency in how things are handled.

Management is ancient, they come up with fake rules about when you can and can’t take off, no holiday pto, you would literally never move up unless a FOS or you are single and have worked there for 15+ years
