      Pros

      I have been working at Steve Madden for almost a year and it has been such an incredible experience! This is my first full-time job post-grad and my team has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I feel like I learn new things every day and have plenty of opportunities to advance at the company over time.

      There are no downsides, I absolutely love it here!

      Pros

      I love working for SM! The atmosphere is friendly, our department feels like a family. A lot of room to grow within the company, I started in their retail stores and moved into corp.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best. Our competitors pay rate are much higher. Our competitors have a more flexible schedule.
