      Manageable schedule. timely pay and breaks. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      If you didn't reach a certain commission quota your hours would be cut down. No commission rates. Managers would make uncomfortable comments.

      Loved the brands’ style of shoes

      Cons

      Zero investment into its people and no training whatsoever. Head office enabled a higher/up manager to bully, intimidate and discriminate against both employees and customers. Then gaslight everyone after. Awful experience.
