Pros
While I appreciated the great benefits package offered by the company and enjoyed the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, I have noticed that the compensation for my position seems to be below market standards given the high workload. I believe that aligning pay with industry norms would better reflect the value of the work being performed and help to retain top talent.
Cons
I believe that there may be opportunities for improvement in certain areas of management, such as communication and delegation of responsibilities. Perhaps implementing regular check-ins or clarifying expectations could help to ensure that team members are on the same page and working efficiently towards common goals.
