Pros

Everyday there is something new happening. Work can hardly be described as boring. Steve is very much present in the day to day creative development of the company, which is great for morale. They've stepped up their game when it comes to having employee perks, such as FOODA.

Cons

It can feel like the time of employees is not valued. Work is expected to be completed within in an unacceptable short time. Turnover is high due to this lack of recognition and inability to delegate well or incentivize the work load.
