Pros

The pay is ok. Not the best. Other places are paying better for the same job.

Cons

With the exception of some of the newer upper management, upper management is aware of many of the flaws and does not take appropriate steps to fix them. It is an extremely inefficient place. The culture is extremely petty and often feels like being back in high school. Not enough focus on staying modern throughout the company. There is a high focus on cutting cost and not enough investment in the company. Retention of great employees is non existent. I see this company falling behind other fashion companies in many ways. Nothing will change while things stay the status quo.

Pros

Amazing group of hard working young women 50% discount Amazing company to work for if you get a strong store to work in with solid management

Cons

Location went through a lot of unnecessary change right before holiday with upper management, which in turn made it hard for some to get the proper training. Store Managers relying way to much on there Assistant Managers to clean there mess up when they drop the ball. SM did the bare minimum but got all of the praise. SM would talk about coworkers to other store managers in the district that was personal information about there employees lives THE STOCK ROOM WAS ALWAYS A HOT MESS. the only time the SM would want to do something about it would be if we had a scheduled visit. Always either under staffed at peek hours our over staffed on slow days Upper management would promise things they knew they couldn’t see through to the associates Associates would get patronized for trying to step up to the plate when management wouldn’t Favoritism
