Wide range of retailers and different product price points so there's a lot of exposure Good benefits Many employees are friendly and want to create a welcoming environment Complimentary meal on Fridays Great showroom

Cons

Some managers/directors have poor people management skills and treat employees inappropriately and with little to no respect Micromanagement by managers depending on the department Some team managers stifle creativity

Great environment. Customers are on the higher end at the mall so they are all nice, not very demanding. Easy job if you know all of the options to give your customers.

Cons

If you don't like customer service, this job is not for you. Commission based sales, which means it is cutthroat on the sales floor.
