Pros

Managers are really great, not a very large amount of employees, which means everyone gets along or put aside feelings towards one another, base pay plus commission, the employee discount

Cons

Maybe raise the base pay or the commission rate a little, more ways to move up through out the company

Pros

There was a good discount, good people to work with, everyone was supportive of each other, and the benefits were good.

Cons

The hours were long, and you worked by yourself a lot. The department stores also carrying Steve Madden products dominated the market.
