The company fosters a positive work environment and management works well with the team to keep everyone motivated to hit sales goals. There are also incentives, like receiving free shoes for the season to promote what's currently available.
Cons
Entry-level at the sales associate position pays minimum wage, however, the company tries to make up for that by also giving commission of your individual sales. It is also a requirement to wear a current season of any Steve Madden brand shoe while working and sometimes the shoes are less than comfortable.
