Pros

Working alone most of the time so if you're someone who enjoys their personal space it's great.

Cons

- Management isn't that supportive - No training at all you just get thrown in and have to learn everything as you go. - It's retail at Myer so it isn't very great - You do not get any commission

Pros

Amazing coworkers — I ended up becoming friends with most of the people I worked with

Cons

Always worked overtime (especially for closing shifts), confusing management (I was supposed to receive incentives, but my manager kept telling me to put my sales onto other employees' sales since I was technically a cashier), fired the one manager I loved
