      Pros

      People you work with are great! Partially remote with 1/2day summer Fridays. Decent pay. Fun work environment. Good discounts.

      Cons

      Hard to get a significant pay increase/promotion. Sometimes you may be just a number. You can’t take 2 Mondays off in a row which is such a weird and frustrating rule because you can never take a long vacation. Sometimes can be a “boys club”

      Pros

      The shoessss. There is a bit of room for growth, but after a lot of time invested in the role and a lot of patience in working more than what you’re paid.

      Cons

      It is a compensation based position, and people can get quite catty about it. If you have a good team, shifts can be a group effort and feel very supportive, but if you have antagonistic coworkers then it can get ugly.
