Pros

The 40% discount. Small store, so it felt like a team.

Cons

You had to be a suck-up to the managers to have a good experience working here. Hard work, not enough pay.

Pros

Amazing discounts and fashion forward place to work. If you like interacting with many customers it is a fun job.

Cons

Minimum wage pay with commission from sales which doesn't sound bad until you have to literally fight management to get a customer. Rules include an extremely strict dress code, no personal belonging outside of lockers (water bottles, cell phones, keys, etc), no food or drink on the sales floor but you can have them in the stock room however you aren't allowed to go to the stockroom unless a helping a customer while you are on the clock. You are never allowed to sit down ever. You can never be seen behind the counter ever and if you are caught corporate will photograph you and report you to your management for further action. You have very little opportunity for promotion unless you want to become an assistant manager and be contracted to work EVERY WEEKEND.
