Leadership is open and easy to talk to, Not demanding but has drive for you to succeed. I don't feel tied to my desk and feel freedom to do the best job that I can.

Work normal hours with various clients adding a variety of task in the workload. Average pay that has increased in my 7 years with the company. Individual contributor so no management duties of a team.

Cons

Might have a gap between clients. Some clients are remote and others require to work at there office.
