In the short time that I have been here, I have learned and grown so much as a recruiter and a person. I know with the support I get here at Steven Douglas, I have a bright future to look forward to. The team Jamie Javorsky has built here is unbelievable. I have never worked in such a healthy, uplifting environment. It doesn’t matter what level you’re at, everyone is more than willing to help one another. There is no toxic competition like other firms have. I feel beyond lucky to be a part of this team. Not to mention, the career growth opportunities offered here are one in a million. They genuinely want you to be successful, in work and life. I go home every day with new stories about how much I love this place. I cannot say enough good things about Steven Douglas. This job has changed my life for the better.
