      it is ok if you follow the contract and do not want to grow. no benefits whatsoever if you want to exceed your role.

      Pros

      Many companies speak of wanting you to have a true work-life balance and how important having a positive culture is, but very few walk the walk. The leadership team is ethical, concerned with your well being as an employee. I truly believe this is the best leadership team around. Also, the employees are all people with extensive experience and knowledgeable about their particular area that they recruit for.

      None. This is the best recruiting firm to work for in all of South Florida.

      Pros

      The people who work here are absolutely phenomenal. They are extremely talented at what they do, very friendly and professional, and are here to make a difference in your career.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Maybe the internal database system can be updated to a more modern platform?
