      Pros

      Very professional team who are upfront with their candidates, whether looking for full time positions or project work. The recruiters have a personal touch and give you a sense that they genuinely care about you and your prospects. They also give you constructive advice on best fits for your background and interview techniques. They are very well connected and generally have a strong pipeline of opporuntiies.

      Cons

      Nothing of significance. At times there is a long gap between projects depending on their pipeline and your qualifications.

      Pros

      No micromanagement or metrics. You are evaluated on your production. CEO is extremely friendly and approachable. He is also in the office every day. The company is extremely involved in charity events (usually raises over $1 million a year for various charities). The company sponsors events and groups throughout South Florida including the CIO and CFO awards. Our brand is very well known and we have an excellent reputation. We are ranked the #1 Executive Search firm in south Florida based off of revenue. Excellent office culture and friendly staff.

      Internal database could use an upgrade.
