Ever-growing boutique recruiting firm with offices nationwide. Leadership is cool and laid back. Commission structure is competitive.

Can be a bit of a "boys-club". Other than that, great place to work.

This is a home to people that don’t need training and just want to run a book with world class leadership and co-workers. High ethics at every layer of leadership.

Cons

Benefits are expensive BUT commission splits are really high so if you are a top biller it’s not an issue.
