Pros

Great company with great incentives. Hard work with great reward. Working in the field if you do not know something just say that and get help.

Cons

Some of the employees are tough to work with and they can sometime be the reason you do not enjoy what you do.

Pros

Flexible hours. That's about it. Well, I guess I did get some good experience on the type of company I don't want to work at.

Cons

No training! It's sink or swim mentality. If you don't have 10 to 15 years of experience then upper management will not even speak to you. Also, they fired a lot of people. In the time I was there, we'll over 10 people were let go.

Pros

Somewhat flexible with your schedule.

Cons

Most employees show up 20 minutes late everyday. No real training provided. Horrible co-workers that chew gum incessantly and loudly...which enabled me to easily give out my gum chewing habit out of pure disgust for this coworker. Forced to listen to the same radio station day in and day out.
