Pros
Cohesive work environment. Mature staff that has grown in the past year with new leadership. Ops leaders work with you then against you. More structured growth opportunities and able to move around to different departments if you want
Cons
Trucking so there are long hours and there until you get the job done. Part of the business though and you should expect that when you sign up for this. Drivers are behind the wheel over the road for weeks at a time and need someone to communicate to so think about them when you feel like you are having a bad day.
