The co-employees get along often like family. Rewarding. Good pay, steady work. Great safety program.

Cons

Owners are often friendly if you happen to see them however they tend to be very high-strung and respond to situations with outright nastiness. Can be hard to deal with but they are that way with everyone.

No pro's, now that I'm with another company, I see now how much like kindergarten that company was like.

Cons

Like Kindergarten even as an alliance driver long after training is done, you are stuck with high truck payments and they disregard that while calling you back to the yard for ridiculous crap other companies don't, which effects the money your losing, instead of making, you will not realize it, until you upgrade to a better company, then stress will be lifted and pay will go big time!
