Pros

They will put you through training and allow you to earn experience. This company is highly safety oriented and they will allow you to retrain in the areas that you are struggling.

Cons

You have to deal with unproffesional and ill people in the company at times. Retraining is less hands on and more "go through the motions of doing xyz so we can sign a piece of paper to say that you're retrained.". I have to constantly check my settlements to make sure that I am reimbursed correctly for expenses.
