Pros

Coworkers were great. Other than that, it is a job.

Cons

Management will throw lower level employees under the bus as they are fearful of the executives.

Pros

-You will learn a lot about safety. -Great if you don't want to work, have no bills. Are young, or homeless. -They hire with felonies. Steve Aaron and family are really cool.

Cons

* Compensation Discrepancies: * Recurring issues with weekly delayed resolution of discrepancies. * Actual earnings consistently deviate negatively from company-provided average pay estimations. * Misleading presentation of earning potential through selective examples (e.g., trainer compensation, student-generated mileage). * Variable weekly earnings, typically within the range of $700 to $1000, with instances falling as low as $50 to $500. * Discrepancy between the advertised $0.50 per mile and posted teams mileage and pay. * Operational Inefficiencies: * Prolonged periods of unproductive waiting for assigned mileage. * Consistent misclassification of operational incidents (e.g., vehicle immobilization) as accidents. * Ineffective zone dispatch model resulting in operational failures. * Insufficient support from an overburdened and inadequately trained office staff. * Technological Deficiencies: * Utilization of outdated technology, specifically Platform Science and Galaxy Active Tablets, deemed unsuitable for operational requirements. * Technological limitations contributing to driver distraction and elevated stress levels. * Driver Retention and Support: * High driver turnover, despite an industry-wide driver shortage, indicating a lack of emphasis on individual driver retention and support.

Pros

People you work with are cool, and may be the only thing good about this place. 1 hour lunch

Cons

Pay is not worth the amount of work and reports answering calls, dealing with drivers pay, emailing, reports and attitudes from all the older people who have been there stuck miserably for years
