Toxic culture based on fear tactics

Pros

They got rid of the only reason to work here. Planners are no longer allowed to work from home.

Cons

- Toxic culture, they threaten to write you up daily - They record and listen to your phone calls - The use software to monitor how much you are at your desk - Impossible work load - The management is out of touch with how much the planners do - Call volume is way too high - Low pay with infrequent performance reviews

Good way to get your CDL. The school leaves something to be desired but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. One of the better schools.

Cons

Management/dispatch is disorganized. Pay is downright terrible. Loads are terrible. Focused on the bottom line. They will forever treat you like a rookie. You, as a professional, pay for the mistakes of the horde of new drivers they put out on the road. Extremely poor office infrastructure on the weekend. The skeleton crew for the weekend is as bare bones as it gets. The people at the yard or office are overworked and underpaid. Typical OTR home time which is to say there is none. And if you decide to lease a truck with them, it’s even worse.
