Pros

The best training industry wide. Instructors were great. Good miles. Was with Stevens for 7 years and trained for 5 yrs. Made a very good living. Due to a great personal loss in 2014 which caused tensions in my training with students i felt it was time to part ways with Stevens Transport. They were a good company to work for. Wish I was still there sometimes.

Cons

No real cons really. Just wish the Alliance division was given the same insurance opportunity as company drivers.

Pros

Good for training if you can ignore the ghetto mentality of some of the other trainees. If you want miles and no home time go w them. Very safety oriented.

Cons

The ghetto mentality of some of the other trainees. Will keep you on the road for months...home? Don't pay rent anywhere live in your truck.

Great training and for me a great support team.

Cons

Lack of people working nights and weekends. Frieght does not stop at 1700 and take weekends off.
