Bad home life balance. Was told during my hiring by the recruiter that you could ask for extra home time. Instead, I was quoted Steven's policy as a hard-set policy of 1 day for each week out. Backend support staff not always helpful when you need them. You will show up blind to some shippers/receivers. Backend staff will not call to reschedule unless you get turned away. Can be hard to get your truck fixed, running loads is more important to the DMs than you having a fully functional truck. Planners, DMs, and dispatchers don't communicate with each other very well. Some put notes in the system and some do not also. This makes it hard when you call in and have to re-explain an issue you are experiencing.
