Fully Remote Work, Reasonable Hours, Quality Team of Employees

Cons

Complete inability for management to implement processes to satisfy regulations - all talk and planning with zero execution. Fully remote work makes it nearly impossible to get management to actually do something.

Trusted to get work done, little to no micromanagement. Fair pay and profit sharing, when the company makes money so do you.

Cons

Can be a bit tough to acclimate to the lack of formal structure found in larger companies. Easy to overcome once you get the hang of things.
