      Generally interesting work at a company that is rapidly growing. Management seems interested in engaging employees. Office is conveniently located, and easy to get to

      Cons

      Compensation as a whole seems to be below market. This extends to benefits as well. In particular, the 401k match might be best described as better than nothing, but not by that much.

      Pros

      The branch offices have fantastic support from the home office. New programs are rolled out with plenty of training. Very open communication.

      Cons

      Because the offices are a little smaller and they are not in as many locations it's a little hard to move and transfer
