      Pros

      The home office support is wonderful however it appears that some department are limited in hiring more support to meet the growing firm.

      Cons

      The particular branch have trouble communicating and does not exude acceptable management behavior. There is little effort in providing a positive atmosphere in the work environment. There nothing done to improve employee satisfaction and retention. I believe there power struggle being a decentralized firm without the proper training.

      Great Summer Position

      Pros

      Really great supervisors and made sure to balance work with learning about the company and the sector, never had a problem getting a question answered and all around can't imagine a better way to have spent the summer.

      Cons

      Unfortunately (in my case) not much chance at post graduation employment but I still gained a lot from the experience and definitely hope to purse opportunities there in the future.
