Pros

I've worked here for almost 15 years and it is a caring and wonderful place. Pay is ABOVE average. Work loads are fair and the retirement plan is awesome!

Cons

Employees are given more opportunities to improve their performance than they should get before they are fired.

Pros

The residents are wonderful. Mostly educated and retired. Most are friendly.

Cons

Nurses are expected to answer phones DURING med-pass. No one is at desk during second shift. Demented patients can exit while nurse is on hall and no one watching. Nurses are required to leave floor to respond to those on other units (staffed only by CNA's), or apartments leaving their own residents. Pay is far below average.
