Pros

Still Hopes is an AMAZING place to work! My coworkers have become an extended family, and there is a culture of compassion and high work ethics. In the two years that I have been here I have been promoted in my department and offered two other positions as well! If you work hard, you will be rewarded for your efforts. The leadership team at Still Hopes sets the bar high and does everything they can with continuing education, open door policy, and outside training to ensure that you are able to reach your goals. They believe in our mission and live it out everyday which is: "To provide a faith-based community where life will be rich and full as God intends it to be, holding to our values, serving one another with dedication and promoting health and wellness for all."

Cons

Work/life balance is mostly good and encouraged my management (including my direct supervisor). However, we are growing so quickly and there is so much work to be done that I often find it difficult to work an hour or two over every week...

Pros

Most staff and residents are wonderful to work with. The campus is so pretty. They are very good at listening to people and moving people to a different shift, department, status (FT, PT, PRN) that suits them better. They want to see you succeed.

Cons

Some staff don't have the right attitude which makes any job harder.
