Pros

Full benefits with paid holidays and overtime every week if I wanted. They would also pay for me to go to school if I wanted to move up in the company while bettering my skill set and trade as an employee.

Cons

Picking up people's slack when coworkers were being lazy

Pros

Good amout of vacation after 10 years and pretty laid back.

Cons

If your not in the group, you suffer at the expense of other maintenance personnel. Hard to take time off. Does not pay competitively.

Pros

Opportunities for growth. Competitive benefits. Competitive compensation. Competent management. Free parking. Focus on sustainability. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

Could improve safety culture. Some favoritism shown to certain employees. I benefited from this, but felt it was at the expense of other good employees.
