Pros

Quality products offered to clients

Cons

Micromanaging Toxic positivity Nothing is truly personalized to clients and because the stylist doesn’t want to but in order to keep metrics high you need to “follow the algorithm” of what the system thinks is right. When you know it’s not.

Pros

Work from home. Make your own schedule.

Cons

Your every move will get micromanaged. They will gaslight you for not meeting the unrealistic metrics that they constantly change. Lack of inventory and out of date styles. Company has a strange toxic positivity culture. Wants you to work like a robot and hit efficiency every hour on the hour. Pay is capped at 3 years with no opportunities for advancement. Basically a dead in job. Your mental health will eventually be affected.
