The salary was the best part.

Cons

I was experiencing discrimination from my direct manager, I went to HR to help me. I ended up being fired because my manager said I wasn't performing. Despite my evidence that I presented to HR about how I was being praised for my performance before I reported him. HR will always "protect" the managers above everyone else. I was 7 months pregnant when I was released btw.
