Pros

I love Stitch Fix's mission-driven culture and how enthusiastic the employee base is. They've done a great job of enabling departments within the organization to build and sustain culture in their own unique ways. Incredibly strong management team and a relatively flat structure.

Cons

It is challenging to move up or getting promoted within the company.

Flexible hours. Competitive pay.

Cons

Little to no access to clients so that no meaningful relationship can be established. Inventory is not true to advertisement and quantities are very limited on most popular items.
