      Pros

      Flexible hours. A great team lead that is always there when you have questions. Decent pay. Fun team outings.

      Cons

      There's really nothing bad to say. I've had a great experience with the company so far and would recommend it to anyone.

      Flexible schedule, Nice working from home, good side job

      Inventory can be hard to work with sometimes, too many emails and feel like not enough compensation for reading emails and feedback

      Pros

      Easy job, flexible schedule. Employee discount is nice if you like their clothes. Not much else to add in regards to positives....

      Cons

      Only provided minimal training on first day. Very numbers driven....if your metrics are not what they want they put you on a "coaching plan" which is not helpful. If metrics do not improve you are terminated, minimal support is provided. Management ("Leads") block access to HR so you cannot reach out for assistance. Difficult inventory makes it hard to do your job.
