      Thorough training, helpful support, great resources, flexible hours

      Cons

      Some clients can be really difficult and hard to please, and it can hurt our performance even though it's not our fault. The company keeps improving its communication methods so this might get better with time

      Pros

      StitchFix is unlike any warehouse you will ever work in. It's not often that you have the opportunity to praise management but they are ALL so positive and supportive that you really strive to do well at your job. They have created such a positive and fun atmosphere that it's actually a pleasure to come to work each day. My co-workers are all great too! And then there's the stocked breakroom...I'm going gain 50 pounds working here! To work for a company that actually cares for their employees is just about unheard of. You will not regret working here...it's awesome!

      Cons

      The only thing I could complain about is it's quite cold inside. But as long as you wear layers it's okay. Spring is here so it won't be an issue much longer.
