      Super flexible and from home.

      Cons

      Micro managed- every moment you are working is counted for and you are watched like a hawk, can't even make a cup of tea or pop to the loo without feeling the guilt of falling behind or getting questioned why the second of time wasn't counted. No sense of community- sat at home alone and rarely speak to a human apart from when they call you to give you negative feedback, quiz you on something or try to host boring training calls. They even train you at the beginning to be accepting of criticism and teach you to not take it personal because they are always on your BACK. DONT BE A SLAVE

      flexible hours, straightforward work, work-from-home, not too many meetings

      Cons

      no community, trying to automate styling meaning the work lacks creativity, they keep decreasing the time you have for each client, micromanaging attitude, too much focus on metrics, timings and stats, monotonous, 0 opportunity to rise ranks or get better salary

      * being creative * learning about different brands

      Cons

      * not having one minute to look away from the screen, it actually made me feel sick * overwhelming expectations for the time you are given *customers not understanding that you have about ten minutes to style them with requests and masses of information on their profile *not having clothing that is advertised and being blamed for it * not being able to work more than about 5 hours per day due to having to style in small amounts of time with no break and so working yourself to the ground for not much pay *very stressful *micro management bordering on bullying * I dont blame individual members of staff its the business model thats the problem
