Inventory is often limited by size or seasonal appropriate options, small window where it's easy to style per day, many Fixes end up with negative feedback due to the limited item selection, limited growth opportunity from the stylist pool, team communication is rare and mostly from participating online, pressure to crank out to hit a target number per week, growing too fast at times, low hourly rate
