      Pros

      It's a fun environment with really flexible hours. You are expected to manage yourself and make your own schedule.

      Cons

      No room to grow within the company even though the company is growing like crazy. Only able to work part-time rather than full-time.

      Pros

      Making your own schedule is great, especially if your working another part time job, or your a working mom. The company culture is great. They really try to get everyone as involved as they can even though you work from home. And the opportunity for advancement seems pretty high.

      Cons

      They kind of just throw you into styling after one 5 hour training day. And the supplemental training materials that they send your aren't as helpful as someone actually sitting down and training you.
