Pros

A really unique experience to be a part of the fashion world from the comfort of your own home. I love being able to make my own hours and am very satisfied with my higher ups.

Cons

Inventory constraints really limit my productivity. We are told to "get creative" when inventory isn't at its best but I feel like that isn't always fair to the client. I also wish there were more opportunities for advancement beyond becoming a lead stylist.

Pros

Work from home flexibility with little or lots of interaction based on your needs. Online resources and a Yammer community to connect with coworkers.

Cons

Young management. Must complete at least 15 hours every week, even if part time. No incentives for a raise. $15 an hour is not a lot in the Bay Area.

Pros

Fun job, work from home, really feel up to date and in the loop of what is going on, lots of engaging activities although work is from home

Cons

working from home for long hours can be dull, clients can often be negative and rude as well as give little to no information
