Great benefits and a company that really cares about their employees

Cons

A lot of your weekly time will be spent reading emails, responding to communication etc. Most of the times it doesn't feel relevant to all roles and can be very time consuming

Flexible time management and good pay Easy onboarding process with a lot of information Opportunities for in person events Inclusive team

Cons

Managers are very picky and 'reach out' to you whenever you make the smallest of mistakes (e.g clocking in 10 minutes more or less, or not following procedures which make no difference) You are taught to make people pay more for clothes (by choosing higher priced items) even if it's not more fitting for their style just to meet business needs, which takes a lot of personalisation out of the experience Metrics, performance and profits are the only things the company cares about, with a fake positive cover to make everything seem friendly and fun but just comes across as passive aggressive Very basic and overpriced clothing, which can be found cheaper elsewhere
