Pros

The technology was up to date more than six years ago. The engineering at the time was innovative. Not anymore...

Cons

Horrible, horrible management. The product management dept. is confused, incapable to define the next product. Too much sales BS at the upper management level, not enough engineering or proper management.

Very strong and competent engineering team. Good teaming environment in Engineering. Innovative and cutting edge technology. Challenging engineering work.

Cons

Horrible executive leadership - running company into the ground. No clear direction from the leadership and they seem out of touch with the market.
