Constant gossip about employees by managers, grimy, sleazy, regularly dishonest with customers, embarrassingly unprofessional work environment.

Pros

A very casual environment that promotes growth. Coworkers are always available to answer any question I may have. All of my colleagues encourage learning and are happy to help.

Cons

From time to time I would like a bit more direction and formal instruction. Other than that, it is very hard not to enjoy every day at SSC.
