Room to grow professionally. Mutual respect among coworkers, management and residents/ clients.

Cons

New hires start at competitively higher pay, current employees’ pay have not been adjusted accordingly.

Cons

Parking can be impossible depending on your shift start, but that problem will be addressed with the Expansion.
