      Annual raises Annual bonuses Annual educational scholarships If you have a course or certification that will help you in your employed field with StoneRidge, they are willing discuss sponsoring you to take it Friendly work environment Easy to take PTO when needed Lg Corporation benefits without the lg corporation feel

      Cons

      Parking can be impossible depending on your shift start, but that problem will be addressed with the Expansion.
