      When employees leave then get rehired they end up making more hourly than those who have been consistently an employee for years.

      Pros

      Working at Stoneridge has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From the moment I joined the team, I felt welcomed and valued as part of a close-knit community that truly cares about its employees and the residents

      Cons

      While my experience at Stoneridge has been overwhelmingly positive, there is room for improvement, particularly in upper management organization. At times, there seems to be a lack of clear communication and coordination from the top levels, which can lead to confusion and inefficiencies

      Pros

      At stoneridge my position is held throughout the school year, hours are flexible, supervisors are understanding and work with you for scheduling and improving, caring and family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some work orders are slow ie. fixing log ins such as username and password for UKG and Oracle.
